About Organized Evolution

Our clients are located throughout the Golden Horseshoe Area including Oakville, Mississauga, St. Catharines, Burlington, Waterdown, Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Dundas, Ancaster, Brantford and Caledonia. A travel fee applies to locations that are more than 30 minutes from Hamilton.

Elaine Jermy is one of Canada's first Professional Organizers and a founder of Canada’s industry association, Professional Organizers in Canada (POC). Elaine’s natural ability to “create order out of chaos” led her to establish Organized Evolution in 1998. Through a compassionate and patient approach, Elaine teaches her clients simple ways to cut clutter, reduce stress, increase productivity and form positive lifelong habits.

As a proud Hamiltonian, Elaine looks forward to helping people throughout her community and contributing to the development of local business. Clients will benefit from Elaine's expertise, practicality, positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm.

Elaine believes in giving back to her community, protecting the environment and serving others. She is currently a member of the City of Hamilton Waste Reduction Task Force, a Kinder Kidz Leader with City Kidz and a member of the Welcome Team at The Meeting House.

Past volunteerism includes Green Venture, Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House, the Catholic Children's Aid Society of Hamilton, Hamilton YWCA Friends for Success and The Children’s International Learning Centre.

Elaine is dedicated to lifelong learning and is continuously seeking ways to deepen her knowledge and expertise. To date, Elaine's academic accomplishments include:
